Paris By Night 94 & 95:
Anniversary 25th

Why not come out with a special edition of those two show. Make it 4 or 3 disk in one and sale them togother as 94 and 95. Something new for the fan of Paris by Night. I thinks this is a great idea for all the fan around the world. Peoples will buy them I am sire, why separeate them two and sale them separate it just cost more money for dvd case. I hope thuy nga consider this as a good idea. Please let them know. Alls the fan in the world please support me by writting to thuynga.

Perhaps this idea should be followed for Talent Shows, but not PBN Anniversaries. Ummm, isn't that the point? A lot of money is spent not only on singers, dancers, make-up, hair, outfits but on rentals, stage, sound and lighting etc. Yes it is costly for the viewers, but personally, I feel that it's worth it considering all the effort and time that was put into creating such wonderful shows for our very own entertainment. Don't get offended, Sam2003, but keep in mind that PBN 100 is approaching! =)

yeah I had a feeling they were only doing this to reach the 100's sooner but still they could've combined it and marked the price a little bit more, consumers would understand since it's like three or four disc.

I support this idea. Less packaging/shipping costs and have something more special than everything they have done before. Thuy Nga has stuck with two discs for a long time. There is no better time for a change than now - the 25th anniversary.

Let's have it both ways

Some regular audience of Thuy Nga like my relatives will only want to pay $25 for 1 PBN. They don't feel like paying $50 for entertainment.

Opposite from fans, Thuy Nga fans will sure buy the package for $50. (well.. I know my dad will)

if they put 94 and 95 together not much people would buy it...i mean to me that's they shoudl have put the 2 show together as one package it make no since to have one release NOv then we have to wait almost one month to watch the other...i know this is following the Talent Show step but this is the 25th show 2 shows have the same theme then just release it as one box contain 3 or 4 disc...but business wise if they release 2 dvd they milk more money out of they buyers...bottom line just all about making more money

Actually everytime PBN celebrated its anniversary, the release product always contained something very special. PBN 24 (10th Anniversary in 1993) was perhaps the longest show at that time. PBN 46 (15th Anniversary in 1998) was the first Vietnamese music show that was released in 3 video tapes, and set a new standard for the Vietnamese music industry oversea: 3 video tapes for every show.

PBN 71 (20th Anniversary in 2003) turned a new page for the Vietnamese music productions oversea, when they finally stopped releasing on VHS tapes.

This time 25th Anniversary is the first Viet music show that have 4 discs. I hope they would turn again a new page in the history by releasing also on Bluray disc. If not now then next year with PBN 100. Bluray disc and player are not expensive anymore, and the situation will change very fastly next year.

Exactly! Agree with you. That's called psychology of the customer's behavor

For many people 50 dollars for one PBN is just too much, but two times of paying 25 dollars is acceptable.

I'd be willing to buy both PBN 94 & 95 for a $50 bundle. That way I could sit through the 10+ hours? of the show. Haha. No sleep =] It would be nice through the Christmas holiday. Now that the shows are gonna be released a month apart. I'm gonna hate the anticipation after I watch PBN 94. A dreadful month until PBN 95. >_<
